Fees and Payments It is the policy of CalCopa that all fees, expenses and tuition be paid in a timely manner and in full, prior to the course completion and before issuance of a certificate, transcript of any other written evidence of attendance. Payment may be made by cash, personal check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, as well as money order or cashier’s check.
Payment - Courses (1) One Month or Less A student enrolling in a course of one month or less must pay the registration and at least one- half the first month tuition at enrollment.
Payment - Courses Longer Than (1) One Month A student enrolling in a course longer than one month may pay in installments. A down payment of at least 1/2 of the first month tuition must be paid at the time of enrollment and failure to keep current with the scheduled payments may also result in termination of the contract. Students are advised that any discount in the pricing of a complete package is only applicable with the initial signing of program contract.
Financial Assistance Options Student Financial Assistance is provided by The TuitionFlex Program. The TuitionFlex Program is administered by Education Loan Source, Inc., on behalf of the California College of Physical Arts, Inc., lets students and their families explore different payment options. Tuition can be paid in even payments directly to the school interest free. Or partial, manageable payments can be made monthly to TuitionFlex and extended past the time attending CalCopa.
