Services Offered to Students with Disabilities

The mission of Disabled Student Programs and Services is to ensure that all students with disabilities have equal access to educational opportunities at CalCopa Massage School, so they can participate freely and actively in all facets of the school.

A variety of program adaptations are available, which allow eligible students, (students with a High School diploma, or GED) to successfully complete the programs offered at CalCopa Massage School. CalCopa has teachers experienced in working with hearing or visually impaired students, special learning needs such as ADHD and/or Neurodivergences, physical needs or physical restrictions.

Services Include

  • Handicap parking adjacent the front entrance of the school Access to the entire school is on the first floor
  • Space provided for service animals
  • Space provided for support animals, with proper documentation
  • Wheelchair accessibility
  • Alternative Media formatting, i.e., audio, electronic text, large print, captioning, digital for braille readers
  • Deaf and Hard of Hearing accommodations, priority classroom seating, CC for visual presentations
  • Test taking accommodations
  • Refrigerators and microwaves are provided for dietary needs. Flexible schedules
